How to Exchange for Store Credit:
Customers adhering to the conditions below can request store credit in the form of a coupon code:
Once a store credit request is approved, we will schedule a product pick-up from the customer’s doorstep. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for returned products to reach us. After receiving the product and conducting a quality check, we will issue a coupon code via email, redeemable against future orders.
Conditions:
- Defective Package: If the package is damaged, please refuse it and apply for return. A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
- Defective Product: Raise a return request immediately with snapshots of the defect. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
- Timeline: Exchange/Store Credit requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Approval: Approval will be sent within 2 working days of processing the request.
- Pick-up Time: Products will be picked up within 2-3 working days from approval.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Packaging: Products must have original packaging, including the cloth bag and invoice.
Return Process:
- Initiate an exchange request.
- Approval will be sent within 2 working days.
- The product will be picked up within 2-3 working days from approval.
- Once received, a quality check will be conducted.
- Store credit will be provided upon successful inspection.
Handloom Imperfections:
Minor variations are inherent in handcrafted products and are not considered defects. Navyata reserves the right to decline exchange requests for invalid reasons or damaged products.
Returns in Local Delivery Services:
- Ensure correct delivery address and contact information.
- In case of return due to incorrect address or unavailability, customer bears reverse and forward shipment charges.
- Report delivery issues immediately for resolution.
